Now, that my headline caught your attention, let me clear something up. I’m not speaking about the most known Triple K, the Ku Klux Klan (although, I think there is a general agreement that the world would be better off without them or any hate groups for that matter). This Triple K is not the threat the latter is, at least in a violence and hate sense. Their threat comes from destroying the moral and intellectual fabric of our society and sadly, we support it in droves.

The “New Triple K” is Kanye (West), Kim (Kardashian), and the Kardashian (family). These three have combined forces in a lecherous effort to suck the intelligence from this country and provide no upstanding morality to a nation struggling to find any whatsoever.
I will begin with Kanye West. I understand that artists are somewhat “off” by nature. That different vibe leads to creativity that is unmatched and provides the world with art that can be considered genius by many. Sadly, there is a fine line between genius and madness and West jumped that ship long ago.

There is his behavior at awards shows, there are his political rants, his manic depressive episodes, and even his laughable run at the Presidency in 2020. Then there is stuff that is just plain scary and borderline sociopathic. West seems obsessed with Kim Kardashian (his ex-wife). From trying to delay a divorce, making threats to her new boyfriend Pete Davidson via song lyrics and Instagram, slinging racial slurs towards Comedy Central Daily Show host Trevor Noah and finally, dating a woman is a lookalike for his ex-wife. Safe to say that West has crossed over from creative affability to downright lunacy.

I would be remiss to not add that West has been provoked, to a degree. Davidson messaged West in publicized text messages that seemed to taunt the mercurial song man. However, that is after numerous derogatory comments made by him regarding his former wife and threats to Davidson’s well-being. I’m all for the sanctity of marriage and do not advocate for divorce. I also do not agree with while going through the divorce both West and his ex were dating other people (back to that pesky moral fiber issue).
What is most sickening here is West psychologically creating a prison on Kim. His inability to let go and threatening violence is something out of a made-for-TV movie. As much as I’m not a fan of the former Misses West, no woman deserves that psychological torment. The fact that people are touting Team Kanye on social media is once again showing that we support West’s behavior. Make no mistake West only does what we, his audience, condones. By listening to his threatening songs, liking his violent posts, and derogatory comments about the mother of his children, we are permitting him to continue doing his deplorable actions. While that may not be the intent, that is certainly the message he receives.
Next, is Kim Kardashian (formerly Kardashian-West). In this country, we have a great opportunity for anybody that wants to work for it. Luckily for Kim, her father did most of the work and she reaped the rewards. Her father is the late Robert Kardashian. He became famous (or infamous) during the O.J. Simpson murder trial as a close friend and confidant of the fallen football star. This Kardashian became even more famous through a friendship with Paris Hilton and then a sex tape with singer Ray J. Finally, a popular reality show covering her and her family arrived.

Two weeks ago in an interview with Variety, Kim advised women in business saying “Get your f–king ass up and work. It seems like nobody wants to work these days.” Whoo boy isn’t this rich. A woman who came into her initial millions because of her father (no work required) and became popular for a sex tape, is advocating people need to work harder. Nothing says I’m standing up for work ethic (and supposed women in business) like laying on your back and feet pointing towards the ceiling in lust with the cameras rolling. The saddest part is Kardashian props herself up and legitimately believes she is a role model. I’m sorry, sex tape, two divorces, adultery, and getting your buttocks scanned on television to prove you do not have implants does not put you in that category.
Finally, we move to the family Kardashian/Jenner. I could just go into the many ways they have run afoul of society and diminished our intelligence, but I digress. Klohe, Kourtney, family matriarch Kris Jenner (she divorce Robert Kardashian, notice a trend?), Kendall, and Kylie Jenner. It seems daily, we are inundated with a story of this family’s flair for the dramatics. Not content to stay in entertainment headline fodder, the family is making their “triumphant” return to reality TV exclusively on Hulu (oh joy). In the ad they play the victims, claiming men mistreat them all while kidding around with Kim for her adulterous affair with Pete. If you are smelling the hypocrisy here then I give you credit because many do not.
This group of people is indicative of what is wrong with society. The worst part of it all, is we empower them. Through watching their dramatic escapades, liking their posts, and sharing every minute detail of their deplorable lives. The greater risk is the example this sets for our youth. That these relationships are normal, these actions acceptable, and the way to get ahead is to lower yourself to the lowest common denominator. This is morally and intellectually bankrupt. The best way to shield the youth from this is to stop acknowledging them. By doing this the power of Triple K will be taken away. And, we shall be better for it.
